Food, drink and sugar plants clean their lines every day with hot caustic and acid, run steam for sterilising and evaporating, and need materials that are safe in contact with food. Points to watch
- Tell us if the gasket touches food. We will confirm a material with the right food-contact approval.
- Daily caustic and acid cleaning ages rubber fast. Give us your CIP chemicals and temperatures.
- Plate heat exchanger gaskets are made to each frame model. Send the make and model of the exchanger.
