Gaskets for marine and shipbuilding
Ships, LNG carriers and offshore units pack seawater, fuel, steam, cryogenic and exhaust systems into tight spaces, and repairs at sea are difficult. We supply gaskets for newbuilds and dry-dock repairs, matched to the flange standard the yard uses.

These are typical starting points. Final selection depends on your service conditions and is confirmed with QGER engineering before manufacture.
Points to watch
- Many yards use JIS or DIN flanges. State the flange standard on every enquiry.
- Cryogenic service needs metals that stay tough at low temperature, such as 304 or 316L stainless steel. Carbon steel becomes brittle.
- Seawater systems often join steel, bronze and titanium. Insulation kits prevent galvanic corrosion at those joints.
